Objective: To manage the entire IT infrastructure across multiple plants and sites through a “single window” support approach, covering database management, patch management, network management, and end-user support.

Scope of Work:

• Service Desk Life Cycle Support:
  • SPOC for all users.
  • End user break-fix and application support.
  • AMC, warranty, and spares management.
• IT Asset Management Service:
  • Custodian of all IT assets.
  • Tracking and allocation of hardware and software.
  • Documentation and audit support.
• Server Management:
  • Technical support for hardware and OS.

• Vendor Management:
