Evolution of Accel
1991-1995
Humble beginning as one of India's first multi-vendor IT Infrastructure services provider. Created all India service network Pioneered warranty management services.
1996-2000
Established offices in USA, UAE and Singapore. Acquired the services business of Network Ltd., an HCL Group company. Equity investment by ICICI Ventures and Intel Capital. Acquired the IT Infrastructure Services Division of Fujitsu ICIM.
2001-2005
Joint venture with Frontline Technologies, Singapore, Series of Investments in niche segments like embedded systems, banking applications and enterprise solutions.
2006- 2010
Went public with a successful IPO, Listed in National Stock Exchange of India. Became a subsidiary of BT Frontline Limited Singapore.
2011-2015
Acquired back BT Frontlines stake in the company. Consolidated IT Services portfolio. Setup Cyber Security Company in Singapore. Exited the IT Services, business in 2015 by strategic sales to CAC Holdings Corp., Japan. Launched Accel Media as a Group Entity
2019 - 2025
Relaunched Accel IT Services. Consolidated into IT Services, Media and Realty. Invested in an electronics R&D venture, Cetronics Technologies. Acquired IT infrastructure services company, Computer Factory India Private Limited and Ensure Support Services a division of Redington India limited. Invested in Bengaluru based IT Security company, Secureinteli Technologies Private Limited.
